Catering
Have us feed you and your guests, from 6 to 100 people. Roast or pulled pork, roast or pulled chicken, bacon-wrapped smoked sausages, our house made sweet bourbon BBQ sauce, freshly baked buns, crisp local salads featuring our house made vinaigrettes & dressings, apple-cranberry creamy coleslaw, bourbon-peach BBQ beans, creamy macaroni salad, red potato salad, loaded or buffalo chicken mac n cheese, & multitudes of veggies in season.
We also offer full-service catering of our menu which includes staff, plates, and cutlery. A great choice for outdoor weddings and other events!
Pick a meat & up to 3 sides starting at $16 per person, plus tax.

Pig Roasts
What better way than to celebrate your next birthday, graduation, wedding, or family backyard gathering than with one of our DIY or full-service pig roasts!
Our DIY option is simple and convenient. We drop off one of our stainless steel easy to use spit roasters with a ready to cook pig, help you set up, and let you be the King or Queen of your party! Our roasters are safe, clean and easier to use than a BBQ. They run on propane without the mess of charcoal. We can add a smoker box so you can smoke your pig to perfection! When you're done, leave the mess in the roaster! We pick everything up for you at your convenience.

Our full-service pig roasts feature one (or more) of our stainless steel roasters with a ready to cook pig, and also include 2 staff that will cook, carve and help serve the pig to your guests. A wonderful way to enjoy a pig roast at your next event without having to do all of your own cooking!
Pricing for up to 100 people starts at $550 plus tax.

Food Truck
Having a food truck come to your event to feed your hungry guests is a super popular way of throwing a party! You and your guests can enjoy freshly made food truck fare prepared by us at your event, and can include our super famous pulled pork and chicken on a bun, bacon-wrapped smoked sausages, mac n cheese bites, armadillo eggs, loaded mac n cheese, medieval hand pies, and our pulled pork taco bowls, Crisp fresh salads, creamy coleslaw, bourbon-peach BBQ beans, potato salad, & macaroni salad are also options that can be added to your customized food truck menu. The only thing we don't do are fries!
